Erin has a doctorate in Physical Therapy, a level 2 Somatic Certification, and a Somatic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Certification. She is a Spiritual Coach, Life Coach, Medium, Shaman, Reiki Master, and Death Dula. 

We carry energy from past lives through with us into this life. Some of the energy carried from past lives can hold us back or block us in this life. Similarly, when we somatically access past lives where we were empowered and aligned, it can help us to step into that energy in this life.  For example, if you were persecuted for using your metaphysical gifts in a past life, you may be holding resistance to stepping into your gifts in this life because it does not feel safe, given what happened in a past life. A somatic past-life healing session can help you purge this fear, allowing you to step into your gifts. 

When we have had a past life where we were empowered, abundant, and aligned, having a somatic session to access those energies in THIS body will allow us to embody those same energies in this life again. We can use past life energy as a portal into the next version of us. 

You may have been in partnership (friend, romantic, or family connection) with someone from a past life who you are crossing paths with again in this life. If you are looking to shift the energy between you and this person, in this life, clearing the energy/trauma from a past life can open up the ability to be in a relationship with them differently.
