A Fall Equinox Experience 2026

Surrendering Into What Life Is Offering and Receiving the Wisdom of the Heart

The core program begins on August 28th and ends on September 22nd, 2026, as we gather at the threshold of the Fall Equinox to honor what is emotionally alive, listen for what Life is communicating, and receive the harvest becoming available.

The Fall Equinox brings us into the West—the direction of the heart, the emotional body, and feeling.

It is also the season of harvest.

But our harvest is not limited to what we have accomplished, created, or brought into physical form.

It is also what becomes available when we surrender into our relationship with Life and allow ourselves to receive what Life is offering.

The strength revealed through difficulty.
The truth carried by longing.
The boundary illuminated by anger.
The love made visible through grief.
The possibility revealed through desire.
The invitation waiting beneath uncertainty.
The deeper relationship with ourselves that becomes possible when we are willing to feel.

Life is always in conversation with us.

It speaks through beauty, change, loss, desire, connection, disappointment, wonder, grief, and love. Our feelings are part of how we experience—and participate in—that relationship.

Yet many of us have learned to move away from what we feel.

We suppress it.
Analyze it.
Judge it.
Spiritualize it.
Or rush to change the narrative before the heart has been fully heard.

We may also try to control the direction of our lives—deciding what an experience must mean, what the outcome should look like, or how quickly we should move beyond what is happening.

But surrender offers us another way.

Surrender does not mean giving up our agency, abandoning discernment, or becoming passive within our own lives.

It means releasing our grip on how Life must unfold so that we can become available to what Life is actually offering.

I don't need to go outside of myself to discover who I am—

This private-tier Lions Gate experience has been, by far, the most powerful in my work with RQM. I have changed in a way that I couldn't have anticipated when I first started the program.

One decision away from changing everything—

There are moments in life when you know you’re one decision away from changing everything. For me, signing up for Fully Expressed was one of those moments. Going into the program I was excited and energized, but candidly my excitement was met with a sense of fear and anxiety. I was overwhelmed because I knew deep down that this program would change me and that there was no going back. Before I even watched the first module or dived into the content I had an unshakable knowing that all my old excuses, narratives, patterns and limiting beliefs could not join me in the next expression of myself. My soul knew that change was inevitable, and that in order for me to step into a more fully expressed version of me, I would have to face, accept and love the parts of me I’d been suppressing my entire life. I was able to put my fear and shame on the table, acknowledge it without judgement, and completely surrender into the program, lessons, discussions and exercises of Fully Expressed. 

Throughout the program I began to understand that increasing my capacity from a nervous system, energetic and emotional standpoint was the launch pad into the next version of me. The program ended less than a week ago and the shift I notice in my life is indescribable. I have access to parts of myself that I’ve never before had, and I feel a sense of peace and certainty I’ve never experience. I’m able to connect to my body and emotions without shame or judgement, and am able to not only receive the messages that are coming through, but I have the capacity to act on them as well.
