I approach personal development through a deeply spiritual and energetic lens. Since childhood, I’ve been aware of my mediumship abilities and have pursued extensive training in various energetic and spiritual practices, including Shamanism, Druidry, Reiki, and Spiritual coaching.

Alongside my spiritual background, I hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and multiple somatic certifications, enabling me to bridge science and spirituality in my work. By integrating nervous system regulation with energetic awareness, I help others access profound transformation—grounded, embodied, and sustainable.

Through blending these modalities, I will support you in uncovering and dissolving the blocks that keep you from the peace, love, and ease that are your birthright.
