Erin Tullar is the owner of Rose Quartz Mediumship and Empowered Somatic Healing.
Erin lives on a small farm in New Hampshire with her husband, children, and animals. She prioritizes inner peace, healing, family, and play. She has a deep love of nature, gardening, cooking, and healing. She is a unique combination of science and energy healing. She has an extensive background in the realm of science, as outlined below in education and training, and simultaneously, her background in all things energy and healing is equally as extensive. She spends her life with one foot in the world of science and one foot in the world of energy healing.
Erin Tullar owns and runs Empowered Somatic Healing and Rose Quartz Mediumship. She has a deep and passionate love for all things metaphysical and healing-based. She has a doctorate in Physical Therapy, a level 2 Somatic Certification, and a Somatic CBT Certification. She has trained under Peter Levine and Dr. Gabor Maté on healing trauma. Erin is also a Shaman, a Reiki master, and a Druid.
In this talk, Erin explores how to heal the trauma that is causing addiction. Addiction is simply a way to temporarily soothe the pain that we experience as a result of trauma. Rather than focusing on the addictive behavior, it is more effective to get to the root of the pain that is causing the addiction and address the root of the problem, which is trauma.
