All Of Me provides the foundational teachings, language, and practices to help you understand yourself more deeply.
Clarity gives you a place to bring those concepts into your present experience.

A boundary you are having difficulty honoring,

Clarity offers the opportunity to receive direct coaching within a group setting.
But the person being coached is not the only one receiving it.
As you listen to another person explore a relationship, reaction, pattern, or decision, you may recognize something in yourself that you didn’t know needed your attention.
Their question may reveal your question.
Their pattern may help you recognize your own.
Their moment of clarity may bring language to something you have felt but have not yet been able to name.
Group coaching allows us to learn through:

This prerequisite ensures that everyone enters the coaching space with a shared foundation in personal development, nervous-system awareness, energetics, emotional responsibility, and the language used throughout the work.
Clarity does not replace All Of Me.
It is where you receive more direct support applying the foundation of All Of Me to the experiences unfolding within your life.
An active All Of Me membership is required to participate in Clarity.
If your access to All Of Me is included through Hollow Bone or Magick, you also meet this prerequisite.

Yes. You must maintain an active All Of Me membership to participate in Clarity. You may hold that membership directly or receive access to All Of Me through Hollow Bone or Magick.
All Of Me provides the foundational teachings, language, and concepts I will draw on during coaching in Clarity.
When you bring a relationship dynamic, emotional response, repeating pattern, decision, or place where you feel stuck, I will not be responding to that experience in isolation. I may help you explore it through concepts related to the nervous system, emotional responsibility, self-abandonment, projection, energetic patterns, boundaries, internal choice, or the relationship between the body and subconscious.
These concepts are introduced, taught, and layered over time inside All Of Me.
Clarity is not designed to reteach those foundational concepts during each coaching interaction. It is designed to help you recognize how they are operating within the real situations unfolding in your life.
Without the foundation of All Of Me, the language used during coaching may feel unfamiliar, incomplete, or difficult to apply. You might hear the guidance without understanding the deeper framework supporting it.
Your participation in All Of Me ensures that:
We share a common language.
You have access to the teachings referenced during coaching.
Our time in Clarity can be used for direct exploration rather than foundational instruction.
You can return to the relevant All Of Me material after a call and continue integrating what was revealed.
You are supported in understanding not only what is happening, but the deeper dynamics beneath it.
All Of Me teaches the concepts.
Clarity helps you see how those concepts live in your life.
The two containers are designed to work together.
All Of Me gives you the foundation; Clarity gives you a place to bring that foundation into direct relationship with what you are experiencing now.

No. All Of Me, Hollow Bone, and Magick contain the foundational teachings.
Clarity is a live coaching space where you can receive support applying those teachings to what is happening within your life. The only instruction in this program will be through direct coaching.

Each call will include direct participant coaching, with opportunities shared according to the time available and what is present within the group. Even when you are not being coached directly, you are invited to notice what another participant’s experience reveals within you.

You can bring a current relationship dynamic, emotional response, decision, recurring pattern, boundary, conflict, question, or experience you are having difficulty understanding.
You do not need to organize the experience perfectly before bringing it into the call.

You do not need to arrive at every call with a question or a specific situation you want to explore.
Being inside Clarity gives you the opportunity to observe direct coaching as it unfolds.
There is often a mirror within another person’s experience—something that reflects a pattern, feeling, relationship dynamic, or unconscious belief within us that we could not see until someone else brought it forward.
Another participant may ask the question you did not know you needed to ask.
Their experience may give language to something you have felt but have not been able to name.
The pattern revealed through their coaching may help you recognize how a similar dynamic is operating within your own life, even if the circumstances look completely different.
Sometimes we discover what has been hidden within us by witnessing it become visible in another person.
Listening and observing are therefore not passive roles inside Clarity. They are part of the coaching experience.

What becomes conscious because someone else had the courage to bring it into the room.
