It’s not about what you do—it's about who you are being as you do it

It’s not about what you do—it's about who you are being as you do it.

Realizing this has been one of the most profound and beautiful understandings of my life. It’s an insight with endless layers, like an onion you can return to again and again, each layer rich and heavenly in its own way. Its depth goes far beyond anything language can fully capture.

It’s not about what you do—it's about who you are being when you do it.

Take a moment to feel the vibration of that truth with me. Let yourself sink into the energy of it. Feel it in your body, in your heart, in your soul. Feel its weight, its power, its magic. Feel its truth.

If I want a million dollars in my bank account, what is the true energy behind that desire? Do I want money because I don’t want to feel scarcity, stress, or worry? Or do I want it because I want to feel freedom? The desire is the same, but the energy beneath it shapes the reality I create.

If I want a relationship, is it because I fear being alone or because I long for deep connection? Again, the energetic intention defines the experience.

When I write a blog or share a post, am I seeking to be seen, validated, or acknowledged? Or am I expressing myself vulnerably because it feels like the most authentic expression of my soul? Am I sharing to be told I am enough—or because transparency is simply who I am? The energy behind my expression determines the experience I have in sharing it.

Even in moments of intimacy—am I seeking orgasm to escape anxiety, or am I seeking pleasure and connection? The energy I bring to the moment shapes what the moment gives back.

With each layer I peel back, I see how truly delicious this onion of understanding is. I see the power of frequency. The power of energetic work.

We are energy—nothing more, nothing less. And the energy of who you choose to be as you move through your human experience shapes the reality you live.
