It is also what becomes available when we surrender into our relationship with Life and allow ourselves to receive what Life is offering.
The Heart’s Harvest is an invitation to enter that relationship more deeply.
To become available to what is emotionally alive within you.
To meet your feelings before trying to fix or transform them.
To listen for the truth, longing, need, boundary, or invitation they may carry.
To discern the difference between the feeling itself and the narrative that has formed around it.
To soften the need to control what happens next.
And to surrender into the possibility that Life may be offering you something you could not have planned, forced, or imagined on your own.
