This live, in-person experience will offer space to practice sitting back within your energy body, allowing energy to meet you, and receiving through the unique language of your mediumship.

Together, we will create space to:

• Ground and settle into our own energy

• Release the impulse to reach, chase, or perform

• Practice receptive mediumship in community

• Explore how Spirit uniquely meets each of us

• Strengthen discernment, boundaries, and self-trust

• Honor Samhain and our relationship with the unseen

• Be witnessed without comparing or conforming
