Healing has always been part of who I am. I was raised on a farm in New Hampshire, where nature, energy, family, and connection were an integral part of daily life. From an early age, I was attuned to the rhythms of the earth, the body, and the universe.

My professional journey began as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I loved supporting the body’s healing process, but I felt a deep inner calling — a knowing that healing runs deeper than the physical. That calling led me on a profound personal and spiritual journey that shaped the work I offer today.

Since childhood, I’ve been aware of my connection to spirit and my mediumship abilities. Embracing this part of myself guided me into a second career as a life coach with a focus on energetics. I went on to complete a shamanic apprenticeship, multi-year Druid training, Reiki Master certification, and became a certified Death Doula — each path deepening my understanding of soul-level healing.

And still, something was missing — the bridge between energy and physiology. That bridge revealed itself through the nervous system. I pursued extensive training in Somatic Healing, which brought everything together. Today, I stand with one foot in the world of science and one foot in the world of spirit.
