There is a version of you beneath the noise.
Beneath the striving.
Beneath the overthinking.
Beneath the constant pressure to hold everything together.
There is a softer rhythm beneath all of it.
A quieter intelligence.
An ancient knowing.
A sacred pulse that has been whispering to you your entire life:
You do not need to force your way into becoming.
The Divine Feminine does not arrive through performance.
She arrives through remembrance.
She lives in the parts of you that feel.
The parts that soften.
The parts that create, intuit, nurture, receive, surrender, and trust.
She is the voice inside you that longs to exhale.
And yet so many of us were taught to abandon her.
To survive instead of feel.
To perform instead of receive.
To harden instead of trust.
To disconnect from the body in order to be accepted by the world.
We learned how to become efficient.
Productive.
Capable.
Needed.
But somewhere along the way, many of us forgot how to simply be.
This Mother’s Day, I find myself reflecting not only on motherhood itself, but on the sacred feminine force that exists within every woman.
The energy that births life, yes — but also the energy that births art, truth, healing, intuition, transformation, sensuality, softness, and deep inner wisdom.
The feminine was never meant to be small.
She is oceanic.
Mystical.
Creative.
Wild.
Tender.
Powerful.
She is both softness and strength existing together.
And perhaps the deepest healing of all is learning that you do not have to abandon your softness in order to be powerful.
You do not have to exhaust yourself in order to be worthy.
You do not have to constantly prove your value through overgiving, overworking, overexplaining, or overperforming.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to receive.
You are allowed to trust what your soul already knows.
There comes a moment in every healing journey where the soul no longer wants more strategies.
It wants truth.
It wants embodiment.
It wants devotion.
It wants presence.
It wants to come home to itself.
And maybe that is what the Divine Feminine really is:
Not something outside of us.
But the sacred remembrance of who we were before the world taught us to disconnect from ourselves.
So today, wherever you are in your journey…
Whether you are nurturing children, nurturing dreams, nurturing your own healing, grieving, growing, unraveling, awakening, or learning how to love yourself more deeply…
I hope you allow yourself a moment to pause and listen inward.
Not to the noise of the world.
But to the wisdom beneath it.
The part of you that already knows.
The part of you that has always known.
The part of you that does not need to become more worthy, more lovable, more beautiful, or more enough than you already are.
This Mother’s Day, may you soften your grip on survival.
May you trust your intuition a little more deeply.
May you allow yourself to feel fully alive.
May you remember that your sensitivity is sacred.
May you remember that your body is not the enemy.
May you remember that softness is not weakness.
May you remember that your feminine energy was never something to suppress.
It is holy.
It is intelligent.
It is powerful.
And it is already within you.
With love,
Erin ✨
