Group Somatic Experience:

This is an opportunity to experience the power of somatic work in a live group setting.

In this session, I’ll guide you through a transformational somatic exercise designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, deepen self-awareness, and create more safety, presence, and capacity within yourself.

You’ll have the opportunity to join live and experience the group's energy and support in real time. And you’ll also receive access to the replay, so you can return to the practice whenever you need.

This space is for you, whether you are:

• new to my work and wanting a deeper experience of what happens inside my containers,

• looking for ongoing nervous system support,

• craving a deeper connection to yourself,

• or simply wanting a powerful somatic practice to integrate into your life.

No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are.
