A Somatic Workshop:
for Disengaging from the Victim, Savior, and Perpetrator Dynamic.
The victim, savior, and perpetrator triangle is not only a relational pattern.
It can also be a pattern held within the body and nervous system.
We may move between these roles without consciously realizing it—feeling powerless, assuming responsibility for another person, trying to control an outcome, or using force to create safety and change.
This in-person workshop is an opportunity to slow the pattern down and experience it somatically.
Together, we will explore how the triangle lives within the body, recognize the role or roles we may habitually enter, and practice disengaging from the dynamic with greater awareness and choice.
This is not about blaming or shaming ourselves for the ways we learned to survive.
It is about creating enough awareness to choose something different.

I would love to invite you to a Free Community Gathering in the Stone Circle, also on Saturday, October 17th.
From 2:00–4:00 p.m.
(Following the Leaving the Triangle workshop.)
This gathering is open to anyone who feels called to attend—whether you have worked with me before or simply want to experience the Stone Circle and gather in community.
I will read a section from my forthcoming book, The Sacred Unfolding, and we will participate in a simple ceremony together.
The community gathering is free and open to everyone. You do not need to attend the workshop to join us.
Please bring:
A water bottle,
A lawn chair or sports chair,
Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather,
Your willingness to gather, listen, and be present.
