I Am the One

I am the one who has known my connection to spirit since childhood. I remember lying in bed at night, feeling the presence of my dad’s cousin at the foot of my bed—waiting, reaching out, engaging. I grew up with this deep, intuitive awareness and a unique bond with the spirit world. This was no accident. My soul chose this path so I could grow into it, own it fully, and help others embrace their own connection to spirit.

I am the one who experienced childhood sexual trauma. I do not fear speaking about it—its pain, its lessons, its impact. I see the entire experience, however complex, as part of my growth. I chose this path so I could rise from it, integrate it, and transform it into healing and wisdom. Nothing was wasted.

I am the one raising children who are beautifully and powerfully gifted. I parent them not in spite of, but because of, my unique perspective and life experience. I’ve been given the tools, the insight, and the drive to guide them in becoming the fullest expression of who they are. I am committed to loving them through the journey of embracing every part of themselves.

I am the one who has made mistakes—and I own them. I’ve faced my missteps, chosen to grow through them, and allowed myself to be seen even in my imperfection. I refuse to hide. I share my journey not out of perfection, but from a place of growth, healing, and the belief that vulnerability is strength.

I am the one who fell in love with healing—every shape, every form. And I will never stop seeking it. My journey is mine alone—unique, irreplaceable, and sacred. It's not about comparison. It's about truth. My truth. No one else can live it for me, and I cannot live anyone else’s.

I am the one who understands, in the marrow of my being, what it means to be a soul having a human experience. Others may know this too—but no one experiences it through my lens, my life, or my voice. I speak from a place only I can, just as you speak from a place only you can. That’s the beauty of it all—our shared humanity through our distinct individuality.

I am the only human walking this earth as me. No one else thinks the way I think, loves the way I love, heals the way I heal, or grows in the way I grow. Just as there is only one of me, there is only one of you. And that is a sacred truth.

I alone hold the power to choose—to fully embody my uniqueness or to shrink back into the shadows of fear, doubt, and social expectation. That choice is mine. And I choose to be the one—the only me there will ever be.
